Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of Homestar Finance Pty Ltd ACN 109 413 498 (Homestar Finance), Sydney Thunder, agencies associated with the above organisations, or this giveaway are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), grandchild, step-grandchild, parent, step-parent, grand-parent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/Guardians may be required by Homestar Finance to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this giveaway.

Prize
One winner will receive a signed Sydney Thunder jersey (this shirt will not be match wore) from their favourite current player. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be announced on 31st January via Instagram. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If a winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Winner’s Responsibility
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Homestar Finance will select another winner.
Final Decision
Homestar Finance reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who Homestar Finance has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any other unlawful or improper conduct in respect of the giveaway. Homestar Financial’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
Personal data supplied during the giveaway will only be used in accordance with Homestar Finance’s privacy policy and as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.
