From Monday 1 July 2024, Green Mortgage Lawyers will become the new panel solicitor for Homestar Finance.
With Gadens Lawyers withdrawing from the retail mortgage processing space, the existing partner Craig Green has de-merged the mortgage practice and launched Green Mortgage Lawyers with all the existing staffing following him to the new venture.
All Homestar Finance loans formally approved and settling on or after 1 July 2024, will be handled by Green Mortgage Lawyers.
What happens to Homestar Finance home loans formally approved prior to 1 July 2024 and with a settlement date from 1 July 2024?
Green Mortgage Lawyers will be handling all settlement matters from 1 July 2024.
If you received loan documents from Gadens Lawyers Brisbane, Green Mortgage Lawyers will take over and complete the settlement.
You will continue to deal with the same team handling your loan settlement as all staff affected by the transition are moving to Green Mortgage Lawyers.
